Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.90.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location.

Can I return a product?

At this time, Eleva Market does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work toward an appropriate solution.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.
